Kings Kamp has a concrete boat ramp that allows guests to launch small boats up to 30 feet directly into Blackwater Sound. The park provides a private roped-off swimming beach with sun loungers and chairs for sunset watching. Each evening, residents and guests gather by the beach to blow a conch horn as a ceremonial farewell to the day.
