The closest beaches are Higgs Beach and Fort Zach State Park. However, none of the rooms have direct ocean views, as the property is located near the center of the island.
Can I get a better understanding of the layout of the cottages? Are the bedrooms adjacent and do they each have a king bed with ensuite bathrooms?
